Please make the payment after you have been approved. Do not deposit money into the account without approval. You will be given a code, and you must write that code in the comments section with your name and surname during the Money transfer process.

After making the payment please send the bank receipt to the micduzceTR2023@duzce.edu.tr  .

You will be notified when your registration is successfully completed.

Registration cancellation

If the registration cancellation is requested before 20 March 2023, 70% of the registration fee will be refunded. For cancellations made after 20 March 2023, 20% of the registration fee will be refunded.

The refund will be made on 10 June 2023.

Please take this rule into consideration. Our aim here is to reach people who really need this training. Since our document sharing will begin with the registration process, we ask the participants to think well before the participation process.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE

• All educational materials (book-technical notes, articles and some digital materials),
• Hot drinks and aperitif foods to be served between lessons,
• Lunches (for 5 days)
• Social activities, (Company visits-Laboratory visit and Abant Lake trip)
• Dinners, (3 times:  1) Opening gala dinner, 2) After factory visits in Akçakoca near black see and 3) Barbecue in Abant Lake trip)

Note: Hotel, visa and transportation (to and from Düzce) is not included in the registration fee.
